This policy explains how subscriptions, payments, and cancellations are handled on LocalBizPro Hub.
Subscription Payments
- All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
- Payments grant access to listing features based on the selected plan
- Subscription fees cover platform access, visibility, and tools — not guaranteed leads or sales
Refund Policy
- All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated
- No refunds are issued for partial use, missed periods, or unused features
- Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments
- Your listing may downgrade or expire at the end of the billing period
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases, such as:
- Duplicate payments
- Technical billing errors
