Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, payments, and cancellations are handled on LocalBizPro Hub.

Subscription Payments

  • All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
  • Payments grant access to listing features based on the selected plan
  • Subscription fees cover platform access, visibility, and tools — not guaranteed leads or sales

Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated
  • No refunds are issued for partial use, missed periods, or unused features
  • Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments
  • Your listing may downgrade or expire at the end of the billing period

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical billing errors
